Born and raised in Derby, Kansas, Chad moved to Colorado in 1995 and is a longtime resident of Colorado Springs. He made the transition to become a full-time real estate agent in 2005 and has close to two decades of experience as a Realtor®. Through hard work and dedication, he has positioned himself as an industry leader, earning numerous awards and designations, including the International President’s Premier Club, an honor given to only the Top 1% of agents nationwide. Along with his industry accolades, Chad graduated from the University of Colorado with bachelor's degrees in both Political Science and General Communications.

And Chad loves serving clients who are just as passionate about the area as he is. He primarily serves buyers and sellers in the Pikes Peak and Pueblo Regions, with an emphasis on Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forrest Falcon/Peyton, Fountain, Woodland Park, and the surrounding area.
When he isn’t putting out fires and conducting real estate transactions, you can find Chad spending quality time with his wife and kids, namely through sports. Chad’s family are avid sports fans and play nearly every sport under the sun. Soccer, basketball, horseback riding, he and his wife are cheering them on in the stands!
