Other great parks in the area include Horace Shelby Park, The Sand Creek Trail Duck Pond, and Snowy River Park. All of these open spaces also tout breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. Gripstone offers climbing instruction for individuals and groups. Powers Corridor is served by the well-liked Falcon School District 49 and Colorado Springs School District 11. Stetson Hills is served solely by the Falcon School District 49.
